Lucas joined the team in 2024, bringing over 7 years’ experience across a diverse range of projects and typologies. He is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport and work effectively  with teams of professionals and project stakeholders from across various disciplines and backgrounds towards successful outcomes.

A strong designer, Lucas is passionate about the role architecture and urban design play in the daily lives of people and its central contribute to the operation of institutions and cities more broadly.
